I'm Wayne Outlaw & something as simple as lifting changed my life forever really! That message is beyond corny. But hear me out, I wasn't in the best shape when I was younger, and I didn't have the most confidence in my abilities. One way or another I began exercising in high school and eventually progressed into the weight room over the years. In the beginning, I could barely lift a 25lb dumbbell and a single chin-up was a crazy goal for me. Now, I would call that lightweight and a warm-up to start my day. So, what was the most important lesson I've learned? CONSISTENCY.

My exercise background includes experience with calisthenics, weightlifting, and running long distances and sprints. I've been exercising for a decade and have helped family members get into shape. That's how I learned about my passion for showing others the ease and fun of exercise. I also teach strength & core classes at Caroline County YMCA group exercise classes, so come check me out!
